I love this company! Our shower had hardy any water flow and the water pressure was non-existent. It was also taking about 15-20 minutes for our water to get hot. We had multiple pumblers come in and out. We never got a strught answer and ultimately ended right back where we started. Eugen arrived promptly. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He was able to diagnosis the issue and fix the mistakes others had made in timely manner. We had reverse pipes, valve damage and so on. I really appreciated the detailed explanation and I was able see and understand exactly what are what our problems were. I would highly recommend this company and Eugen. My husband spoke with the owner and stated how helpful, knowledgeable and kind he was. He actually saved us money with his recommendations. I would highly recommend and utilize there's services again. The pricing was very reasonable. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to save us money!!

Mergenthaler just came out to find the source of some visible mold; Eugen, our plumber on the job was super knowledgeable and thorough. He located the pipe leak problem, explained everything surrounding it and fixed the issue completely. They are lucky to have him on board. Everyone I dealt with at Mergenthaler was helpful and nice. Great company.

Our hot water pipes froze up in this recent cold snap and I had Mergenthaler plumbing recommended to me by a friend. Mike called me back and took the time out of his day to walk me through his recommendations on what to do (and not do!) while we were waiting to see if we had sprung any leaks. I appreciate his generosity with his time so much. Based on that call I will absolutely be using Mergenthaler for all of our plumbing in the future.

I called them to install my Flo by Moen leak detection/water management device. Mike, the owner, was a true professional - friendly, helpful, and honest. Having gotten some other quotes, I also found their pricing to be very fair. Installation went great and I am really enjoying using the device. Already got a lot of insights and benefit from the Flo app and the alerts. They also fixed our basement toilet on the same trip. Would highly recommend them for these installations or any plumbing need.

I spoke with Mike regarding a replacement needed for an isolated shut off valve for my lawn irrigation system. Even though his team wasn't available to help, he gave me a very insightful and and honest guidance to resolve the issue. I'm very glad I called and will be using them in the future for any plumbing related issues.

I called late in the afternoon and spoke with mike the owner about a clogged toilet. He advised me and I learned that I had an older style plunger for a newer toilet.
